Job Description
The successful candidate will:
• Lead the design and delivery of complex and simple bridge projects in various geographic locations.
• Be responsible for designing bridge elements, report writing, development of plans, specifications and estimates and proposal writing.
• As a project manager and a key project lead, will direct team member’s work, provide technical and quality guidance, have client interface and participate in marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
BSCE, Idaho PE, and 10+ years’ background designing bridge projects.
Idaho, Washington, or Oregon SE desirable.
Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and a strong self-starter with team orientation is a must.
Need to be proficient using finite element design program such as Larsa.
Also must have MathCad, and Microstation or AutoCad skills.
Working knowledge of Idaho, Oregon, or Washington clients and business development ability helpful.
