Job Description
Aviation Design Engineers provide project management, engineering, and marketing on aviation design, planning and NEPA projects.
Essential Duties:
1. Project management for aviation design, planning and NEPA projects.
2. Client project coordination, marketing, and proposal development.
3. In Helena and Tucson, responsible for leading all aviation services for the company's offices in these states. In Anchorage, serve in a support role for existing aviation engineers.
4. Utilize FAA design criteria to prepare and oversee production of engienering drawings, calculations, project correspondence and record-keeping, report and specifications writing/editing, cost estimating, and related duties.
5. Prepare or direct other staff in preparation of airport planning, NEPA and permitting documents.
9. Other engineering related duties as assigned.
