Job Description
In this role, you will serve as director with responsibility for both our commercial and military aviation companies’ growth with particular emphasis on federal aviation activities. You will recruit key staff, manage the business and ensure the company meets all contractual obligations. The ideal candidate will have experience with a high level of military aviation activities, including overseeing and developing new business and contracts at both military and commercial aviation facilities. You must be able to lead business-development efforts to cultivate new business, have P/L managerial experience, and have the military contacts to develop such growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field
• Successful track record in aviation services management
• 5-10 years of P/L experience
• Military officer experience in aviation
• Master’s degree and 5+ years of aviation experience outside of the military highly preferred
